WHAT TO EXPECT

Welcome to Western Mass Chiropractic in Springfield, MA! Our friendly staff will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Everything we do is designed with you in mind. Dr. Nicaretta will work with you closely to find out exactly how to serve you best and give you clear instructions for next steps.

Your First Visit

When you arrive for your first visit appointment, your doctor will take time to connect with you and learn more about your immediate health concerns or challenges. He will ask about your health history. This visit is all about getting to know you. From this appointment, we will determine which examinations are necessary to help us gain the information we need to address your health concerns your doctor will perform specific and unique exams to assess spinal biomechanics and nervous system function. Your measure of health is simply how responsive your body is to stress that originates from both inside and outside your body.

After this examination, the doctor will discuss his findings with you, including your treatment options as well as risks and benefits of care. The doctor will take time to answer any of your questions. If chiropractic care is appropriate and you decide to move forward and no additional diagnostic imaging warranted, you will be ready for your first adjustment

Follow-Up Visits

We want to help you take an active role in your spinal health. Follow-up appointments will typically last 10 to 15 minutes. At each visit, we will perform a quick check of your spine before performing the adjustment specific to your care plan. We will also discuss the role in your health and healing and teach you what you can do to get better results, faster.
